Just that. Just that.
~Medicine for the soul. ~ It’s just about a mon ~Medicine for the soul. ~

It’s just about a month and some days to the end of the year. You may be tired, burnt out, hanging by a frazzled thread.. Exhausted. Just about ready for a break. Sometimes it can feel like there’s a dark, and depressing energy looming over you that just needs to leave! But there’s good news. There’s hope. This is not your fate forever. Here’s how you can begin to climb up from the down below valley and see some light, experience more energy, and generally be in a much, much better place, despite what is going on round you or in your life at the moment.

Think of it like a prescription for your soul. Commit to ‘taking’ it everyday for two weeks and see if you don’t begin to feel better, experience more clarity and have more energy …
- 🔹Sleep early. Like one or two hours earlier than you usually do

- 🔹Wake up at dawn.

- 🔹 Eat a fruit / vegg everyday

- 🔹Walk / cycle / 15mins of exercise or movement every day

- 🔹Journal your thoughts

- 🔹Read a book

- 🔹Write / Write poetry / write a love letter / write your goals / vision

- 🔹Pray / Meditate / Sit silently for 30 minutes
I cannot emphasize this enough. Do your due dilige I cannot emphasize this enough. Do your due diligence. Business deals. Potential spouses. Partners. Jobs. Be inspired, but look first. Let your future self thank you.
-

And if you are the one on the other end of the table - take the time to set up things right the first time. If a relationship, work on you first, take responsibility for yourself. If in business, don’t take short cuts, they have a way of catching up with you. If building your career - don’t feel entitled to success & high pay/high roles. Roll up your sleeves & dig deep - I mean, really put in the work. It’ll show.
